Floyd Mayweather, Jr. has been ordered to stay away from the mother of his two children, Josie Harris as well as the children by a Clark County judge in Las Vegas.

The restraining order stems from a domestic violence case, where Harris said Mayweather beat her up and took her cell phone. The alleged incident took place on Sept. 9.

Mayweather was charged with felony counts of coercion, robbery, grand larceny and four misdemeanors. Read court documents.

He is not considered a flight risk and will be back in court in January.

Mayweather needs a professional sparring partner, because Harris cannot get him ready for a fight.
